Customer Reviews
I bought this book, being a big fan of C.S. Lewis's writing. Even though I like C.S. Lewis I was worried about this being a boring non-fiction book, but it wasn't. This book was wonderful. It was sad too, but in the end you almost wonder "How could this have all happened to one person?", its amazing. There is tons of information in this book, but its not cluttered at all. It doesn't start out as his wonderful writing carreer, but of his depressing childhood. I would get this book if I were you.
The book is very detailed, emphasizes his walk with Christ and how he became saved. It also gives a good description on how the The Chronicles of Narnia evolved.
